Our International Multi-Lingual service desk facility is based in Blackpool Cork with a sister office in Auckland, NZ. We have a modern offices connected to the Municipal Area Network or MAN  which provides high availability internet allowing us the capacity to remotely connect to clients systems worldwide with the latest technology. We have dedicated teams of ten with a team lead and all led by our Service Delivery Managers. We are flexible to the needs of our clients and our approach is to work in a partnership style allowing us to become part of the global companies IT team.

We continually invest in our staff with training and support to ensure they are highly motivated and perform to the highest standard possible. Our core technical teams are very experienced technical support engineers from Level 1 through to Level 3.

Our sales pipeline is strong so we have a graduate program in place where we recruit the best from local universities and technical colleges and then integrate them into the team training program using our buddy system to help develop their skill set professionally. Only when fully trained to the specific client’s needs are they deployed within the service desk where they are mentored by our senior staff and team leads.

This process allows us grow our BPO business and ensure a high level of service to our customers for the long term.
